- Hardware Warranty –Valid for 180 days from invoice date
What does the warranty cover?
- Malfunction due to normal use in accordance with guidelines and instructions provided by Mobile Outfitters.
- Magic Installer and RapidCut Mini are the only type of hardware covered under warranty.
What does the warranty not cover?
- Damage due to customer negligence, misconduct, breach of customer Agreement, or failure to properly use the hardware or item in accordance with guidelines and instructions provided by Mobile Outfitters
The label containing the serial number MUST be intact on the hardware itself. If this label has been removed or destroyed, the warranty is void and the item is NO LONGER ELIGIBLE

- Product Returns - Eligible for 180 days from invoice date
(20% - 50% restocking fee will apply)
- Please submit requests to cs@eurekarev.com
- The product MUST be in the original packaging, unmarked, not opened or used.
- Only items listed below are eligible (subject to change):
- RapidCut Cutting Strip- 20% restocking fee
- RapidCut Sheets (New Only) 5- 20% restocking fee
- Bumpers - 50% restocking fee

Defect Returns - (Eligible for 180 days from invoice date)
- Please submit requests to cs@eurekarev.com with the following information:
- Product name
- Quantity of suspected defective product
- Issue suspected
- 2-3 photos that show the actual defect(s) on the product
- Shipping and Credit
- Submit request to cs@eurekarev.com for “Product Returns” and “Defect Returns”. Upon review, you will receive a response with the next steps.
- DO NOT SHIP or RETURN products without a confirmation from ERL. ERL will provide the shipping label. DO NOT use any other shipping label. Failure to comply will result in no credit.
- Products MUST be packaged SECURELY for transit to destination as claims will be highly scrutinized until confirmation of receipt.
- Credits will be issued in the form of in-store credit to be used ONLY for future purchases.
