Mobile Outfitters Shipping & Return Merchant Authorization Policy

 

Shipping Policy

We offer UPS Ground as our shipping method. Shipping rates are a flat rate based on the item.

Additional shipping charges will apply if shipping method is changed (e.g. Next Day; 2nd Day)

 

Item Flat Rate:

  • Mobile Outfitters RapidCut Mini Starter Kit: $50 per kit
  • Mobile Outfitters Magic Installer or Mini System: $15 per equipment
  • All other items including film and accessories: $10

 

Orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days of being placed. Orders submitted after the daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day and will be handled accordingly. Delivery timelines vary based on shipping destination and carrier guidelines. Please track all your expected shipments and confirm package integrity at time of delivery. Use USPS.com or UPS.com to track accordingly.

Hardware Warranty – REPLACEMENT ONLY (exchange for identical item)

Valid for 180 days from invoice date.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Malfunction due to normal use in accordance with guidelines and instructions provided.
  • Magic Installer and RapidCut Mini are the only type of hardware covered under warranty.

What does the warranty not cover?

  • Damage due to customer negligence, misconduct, breach of customer Agreement, or failure to properly use the hardware or item in accordance with guidelines and instructions provided.

The label containing the serial number MUST be intact on the hardware itself. If this label has been removed or destroyed, the warranty is void and the item is NO LONGER ELIGIBLE

Product Returns - Eligible for 180 days from invoice date

  • Please submit requests to RMA@eurekarev.com
  • The product MUST be in the original packaging, unmarked, not opened or used.
  • Only items listed below are eligible (subject to change):
    1. RapidCut Cutting Strip- 20% restocking fee
    2. RapidCut Sheets (New Only) - 20% restocking fee
    3. Bumpers - 50% restocking fee

Defect Returns - (Eligible for 180 days from invoice date)

Please submit requests to RMA@eurekarev.com with the following information:

  • Product name
  • Quantity of suspected defective product
  • Issue suspected
  • 2-3 photos that show the actual defect(s) on the product

Shipping and Credit

  • DO NOT SHIP or RETURN products without confirmation from Eureka. Eureka will provide the shipping label. DO NOT use any other shipping label. Failure to comply will result in no credit.
  • Products MUST be packaged SECURELY for transit to destination as claims will be highly scrutinized until confirmation of receipt.
  • Failure to ship products securely within 14 DAYS of the approved date will result in an invoice for the impacted products
